I lived at this place from August 2022-May 2023 with three other people. When we arrived they tried to push back our move in date despite being August 15th. We entered the house welcomed by dusty rooms, broken blinds, and one roommate’s room electricity not working which also connected to half of the kitchen.
The backdoor light was never fixed despite requests and they tried to make us pay for a new one. One roommate’s father has to fix our mailbox or the HOA would take our mail away. Most of our maintenance requests took months to process. At the end of our lease they made us pay for damages they caused before our move-in as well making up bullsh!t claims to charge us with and never paid us back when we contested the charges.
When giving home tours they would often mix up dates or give us very little time to clean up before a showing. You could tell the realtors showing the house also were left out from MTPG’s communications. All the contracted repairs sent by Middletown said they hated the company and were often sorry that we as tenants add to deal with these damages or maintenance requests. And this was just our experience of renting with MTPG.
