DO NOT RENT HERE: 4 Months of Mold, Flooding, and Total Neglect

I moved into one of their properties expecting a safe home for myself, pets and future family. Only to have this LLC completely abandon their legal responsibility to maintain the home.

• The Incident: 3 years after moving in, a major pipe burst in the basement, leading to standing water.
• The Communication: I sent multiple written notices and maintenance requests before 4 months. I was met with total silence and zero repairs.
• The Result: Because they refused to fix the plumbing, the basement developed severe, widespread mold growth.
• The Loss: This neglect cost me over $1,000 in ruined personal property, including a vintage family heirloom bassinet and clothing that had to be thrown away because of the spores.
