Feeling Ignored

Me and my partner moved into an apartment right out of the dorms. This apartment was owned by Middletown property group. The day we got there so many things were wrong. All our doors were broken, It looks like swat came through. The balcony door didn’t have a lock on it, This made us a little scared for our safety. The carpet was ripped up, the closet shelves were broken, and a lot more. Maintenance requests were put in in early August, nothing happened. I started calling the office and finally got them to fix the balcony door lock problem after a month. We are now in October and I have called many times and nothing has happened. We can’t use any of our interior doors because they are broken. We can close them but you can push them right open. We had one maintenance person come in look around and just leave. They told us that the location of our electrical panel is illegal which is fun. We never saw them again, nothing got fixed. Me and my partner are frustrated and annoyed. We know others have it worse but its still frustrating.
