I lived there three years ago. I was diagnosed, treated for, and cleared of cancer before they ever fixed the broken window in the bedroom (I received a survey more than a year after I had already moved out, asking about their work.) They brought large tours through during COVID, sometimes 3+ a month. They had tours going through my house for the next year (one was scheduled before I even moved in, and there was a constant pressure to extend my lease.)They rented out my house again before my lease was even half over. In that time I had been diagnosed with cancer and had started chemo. I had no option to renew my lease because they had already rented it out to someone else over six months in advance, so I got to move when I was critically ill with no energy. The house was in horrible shape, the bushes in the front overgrown, the garage door not working, missing sections of fence, exposed wiring…. When I moved in 2 windows had giant cracks. One was fixed before I moved out, the other I was given a survey about over a year after I moved out. They also told me they had to redo the floors for the next tenant. It was a week or two before I moved out. I asked them if they could wait because I have a dog who is reactive and not kind to strangers, who could not be in the home with them for their safety. I asked if I could put her in one of the bedrooms, but they could not tell me which bedrooms they needed to redo, so I had to board her so that they could do the floors… they rescheduled several times, and I wasted my money on boarding her. They didn’t get it done before I moved out, so their insistence that it had to happen while I was still in the home was clearly a lie. They would not reimburse me for the boarding fees, even though it was for their safety, and they could not tell me the correct room to put the dog in. More happened, but I don’t remember it all, and my original Google review was removed when the company changed it’s name.
