Infested and foul

We signed a lease on 9/15 went to go and view The property with my kids we immediately got attacked we assumed they were outside bug bites (because why would there be fleas in a new house leasing)we walked into the back door and instantly got attacked by infested fleas. I took note of the bites I had a feeling they were not outside bug bites but then proceeded to go there the next day to put an air filter in the unit to purify the property before my husband and his cleaning crew could clean it this weekend 9/20/25 I am 35 and in my years of living I have never smelt something so unbearable the extremely foul pet urine and feces made me so sick to my stomach. When we went to view the property before the lease was signed there were workers working in the unit so I thought they will have this place spotless there was a brand new toilet as well with the workers but I never once seen a new toilet in the unit, the toilet has a brown like residue on it not to be sat on. They made sure we paid 3,000 but couldn’t put us in a decent unit now they are saying since I do not want to do any business with Middletowntown I want to terminate my lease since the unit is inhabitable. They told be I have to pay them three months rent.
