I moved in on October 15th 2024 out of desperation with nowhere else to go.
By the morning of October 16th I had already noticed numerous problems with my apartment including a severe roach infestation along with mice in the ceiling.
I reported these maintenance requests only to have my resident portal shut down mysteriously by Friday night. And up until Friday night it was just technician contacted… No appointments set, no answers to the roach situation whatsoever.
Well last night, the night of October 19th into the 20th I was awakened at 2:30 a.m. to a bed bug on my couch…
Not even living there 5 days and I have roaches, mice, and bed bugs.
First thing tomorrow morning on Monday if I am able to get into the resident portal somehow I am going to be reporting the bed bugs as well. And at this point I am already fed up. Not even a week in and I am ready to see Middletown get the socks suedout of them and a way to make sure they never do business in this town again
