Moved into a dog kennel

The place I moved into reeked of dog and all of the carpet was absolutely caked in fur. It’s genuinely like they didn’t bother to vacuum the place which is insane because the pet deposit is non refundable and it was so obvious they didn’t use any of the previous tenant’s deposit to clean up the place. We had to vacuum over it several time and carpet clean and the place still doesn’t smell totally right. I called them to complain and they wouldn’t let me talk to the actual property manager and just told me that he said I would get nothing for the free cleaning I gave the place. All I asked was that they waive my current pet deposit since they just pocketed the last, and they didn’t even apologize. They also have reached out to me incredibly rudely to ask about payments that aren’t even due that day. I could really go on and on about it. I left a Google review that has pictures and a more detailed description of my move in process!
