So not having the best day so far.
This morning my daughter was in her room with only a pull up on, playing as I was taking a shower. I heard a hard knock at the door as I was not expecting someone. As they kept knocking I just thought they would end up going away or leaving a note. After the last knock he said he was going to come into my house. I was scared like any other small woman with a little daughter herself. I hurried out of the shower and grabbed my daughter and ran into my room. I hurried some clothes on and hurried her clothes on and came to the door as he was punching numbers in my code to the door (understand that I was not expecting anybody not a friend, not my fiancé and not a worker from the Middletown Property Group) I was scared.
I went to the door to approach a tall man not expecting what he was going to do and he told me he’s inspecting my apartment and mine only. I asked why and I was ignored. In their lease, they state that they will not enter your apartment without noticing whoever is the main tenant. I am the main tenant. Not an email not a phone call, nothing. They break their lease time after time and will never get in trouble with it not with the Delaware Health Dept not with the law, nobody that’s in the legal system will help anybody out when they are dealing with an unprofessional company. What if I didn’t answer the door would he just have came in like he said while I had no clothes on. I have no one to help me against this company. All I can do is share my stories, this isn’t the first nor last story I will most likely share about Middletown property group. The least I can do is spread awareness of this company so that other families do not go through the troubles we have and many others have had. Thanks for reading my sob story.
