MTGP has consistently been an unreliable and deceitful company. I have had necessary emergency maintenance requests not only ignored, but I have had them deleted by the company themselves! The ceiling caved in in my unit and it took two weeks until anything was done. I had to contact more than one agent (which makes sense given the nature of the damage) but my request to actually fix the damage was deleted by the company and I was not informed. Not only that but upon discovering that there was a cave in, I had to call the emergency line no less than 3-4 times. I placed another request to fix the screen door that catches wind and doesn’t latch properly as it frequently gets thrown against the banister by the wind and it is now broken. As it has been for several months. When myself and my downstairs neighbor went to address security and lawsuit concerns, we were told that the lawsuit was inconclusive at the time and claimed that we had no entitlement for our properties to be taken care of. My neighbors downstairs (duplex) have a basement window that was broken into. The emergency line was called numerous times AGAIN, and it took several calls for anyone to pick up. Not only that, but when they were made aware of the security concern it took them at least two months to repair anything. As long as I’ve lived in my unit- the stairs have been unsafe and not up to code. The stairs have caused me and others to sustain injuries. And once again, the frequent requests have been ignored and denied.
