No Heat for 2 years

I first moved into a middletown property group apartment in 2022. The apartment was fine other than the bathroom had not been sealed to the building so rain came through like a waterfall. However, what made the place terrible was that the heat didnt work. I called their maintenance several times and never got it fixed. It got so cold in there ice grew on the walls forcing me and my cats to crouch together and hope not to freeze. Eventually I moved into a house owned by middletown property group in muncie where i currently reside. The same issue here. I have no heat. Each time a tech comes to fix it he looks at and leaves and middletown just claims it as fixed even tho nothing has been done. Last winter i had to use two iheaters to try and get at least one room warm so i wouldnt freeze. I have contacted middletown so many times to get it fixed over the last year with no proper solutions or care provided from them. Also every inspection theyve done here they leave my backdoor open and my cats get out and into the crawlspace and i have to dig them out.
