My story isnt as bad as the others, but still a frustrating experience with mtpg regardless. Moved in August 2024 and was told our unit was all electric, so we only had to pay that utility. Come to find out the water heater was gas, so we would have to pay for that. It was such a hassle to figure everything out with the gas company and mtpg. After 3 weeks of crying in cold showers, it got resolved, but I had to talk to like 5 people to get to someone who remotely knew what they were talking about. In october, they sent a guy to replace our heater for the winter. He was there for 3 days, and did not clean up after himself, and left rusty screws and bolts all over the carpet (which we are still finding some to this day!) And now, our toilet keeps getting clogged. They sent someone to check it, and the guys that came said we would have to get it replaced. The order was put in over a month ago and we still have a shitty toilet we have to flush twice because they never came back to change it.
